School Programs

Over the past 10 years, there has been a significant rise in obesity levels not just in the UK but through out the world.  Children are just not as active as they use to be due to the influx of computers etc which keep the kids indoor.  One way to battle this is to add more physical activity at school and soccer is one of the best forms of exercise.

We send our coaches into the local schools and set up 6 week programs taking 1 day a week.  These programs cover most of the aspects of how to play soccer such as passing, dribbling shooting and so on.  We make these sessions fun in order to motivate each child to want to play outside of school, thus increasing physical activity which leads to increased health.
